Yes. The Free plan is permanently free with no credit card required. All paid plans also offer a 7-day free trial with full Pro features.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
WITSML (Well Information Transfer Standard Markup Language) is the industry standard for real-time drilling data. Your rig's mud logging unit or LWD tool provider will typically supply WITSML access. If you don't have WITSML, you can still use GeoMaster by uploading LAS files.
Annual plans are billed once per year at approximately 16–17% less than the monthly equivalent. For example, Basic at £199/mo is £1,999/yr (£167/mo effective), and Pro at £499/mo is £4,999/yr (£417/mo effective). You save roughly two months' cost compared to paying monthly.
Yes. GeoMaster uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Our servers are hosted in UK data centres. We are GDPR compliant and do not share your data with any third parties. Enterprise customers can request a data processing agreement.
Yes. Additional seats can be added to Basic and Pro plans for £49/seat/month. Enterprise plans include unlimited seats.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export everything. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. Enterprise customers can negotiate extended retention.
